Meet Kayode Adamolekun
Background & Education
Engr. Kayode Adamolekun is a business leader, author, and philanthropist committed to building people and communities through enterprise, leadership, and service. As the Founder and Group CEO of Hardams Group, he leads businesses across multiple industries while investing in initiatives that create opportunities and empower individuals to live meaningful lives.
He hails from Aisegba in Ekiti State, Nigeria. His early years were shaped by discipline, responsibility, and an awareness of the realities within his environment, experiences that would later influence his commitment to building both people and communities.
He began his academic journey at Aisegba Community Grammar School and proceeded to the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, where he obtained a Higher National Diploma. His pursuit of excellence led him further, earning professional certifications in Mining Engineering from Leicester City University in the United Kingdom, as well as an MBA from Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland.
He is currently completing the Owner-Manager Programme (OMP) at the Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, in Lagos, Nigeria (OMP44).
Professional Journey & Business Interests
With a background in Mining Engineering, Kayode built his career by providing value within the mining industry through consultancy and the supply of mining consumables. His expertise and commitment to excellence have earned him several recognition awards, including a Presidential Award from the Nigerian Society of Mining Engineers.
He went on to expand into broader business leadership as the Chairman of Hardams Group of Companies, a conglomerate with interests spanning agriculture, recycling, mining consultancy, logistics, and consumer goods. Through these ventures, he has consistently created value, opened opportunities, and contributed to economic development.

Social Impact
Beyond business,Engr. Kayode is deeply committed to social impact. He is the visionary behind the Kayode Adamolekun Foundation, an initiative focused on changing lives and strengthening communities one project at a time.
Through the foundation, he has supported students through various levels of education, funded community development projects, and created initiatives that empower young people to live purposeful lives.His work includes providing access to clean water in underserved communities and partnering with organisations to address key social challenges.
Through his writing and speaking engagements, he shares reflections on leadership, personal responsibility and intentional living, encouraging individuals to live with clarity and purpose
Family & Values
Kayode Adamolekun is a devoted husband and father. He is married to Folasade Adamolekun, and together they are blessed with three sons; Joshua, Emmanuel and Wisdom.
His life reflects a balance of leadership, service and family. He remains committed to the vision of building a legacy that extends beyond personal success.
